I’m an independent illustrator and visual designer with a passion for creating expressive, engaging artwork from concept through to final production. I’ve worked on both client commissions and self-directed creative projects, developing a consistent style that can adapt to different briefs while still feeling personal to me. I’m comfortable managing multiple projects at once through an organised and efficient workflow, while also handling client communication, revisions, inventory, and finances independently. Some of my notable commissioned works include Edition One Stickers — a 22-piece corporate sticker commission, Madame D’Arblay 20th Anniversary Edition — a corporate art print commission, and The Remarkable Adventures of Super Plumb and Captain Bear — a privately commissioned comic book project.
This was a role for six months where I was able to improve not only my story writing skills but my script writing skills as well as my knowledge of comic book production and budgeting. My main duties were to develop characters, worldbuilding and plot for the upcoming published works while also creating material for any promotional campaigns, such as short stories to promote the Olympic Games and other company campaigns. Producing concept sketches, working together with the concept designer and illustrators to provide artistic direction was also a large part of my duties.
